Step-by-step Guide

Step 1:  Open the Guide & Download the App

Inside your package, you’ll find a user guide with a QR code.

Scan the code or search for the app directly on:
• App Store (iOS)
• Google Play (Android)

The app is completely free, no subscriptions or hidden fees.

Your data is never stored, tracked, or shared - everything stays private and fully under your control.

Step 2:  Connect to Your Phone

Turn on your EarXpert device.

Open the app and connect via Wi-Fi to view a live HD camera feed inside your ear.

This gives you full visibility before you begin cleaning.

Step 3: Attach the Silicone Tip

Make sure the soft silicone tip is securely attached before use.

This ensures gentle contact and safe cleaning.

Step 4: Clean With Guidance

Slowly guide the device into the outer ear while watching the live camera view.

Move gently and only clean what you can clearly see.

Step 5: Clean & Maintain the Device

After each use:

• Remove the silicone tip
• Rinse with warm water or wipe with disinfectant
• Let it dry completely before reusing

The tips are reusable and designed for long-term use.

Step 6:  Use Regularly

For best results, use EarXpert once a week or as needed.

If you use earbuds or hearing aids often, consider using it more regularly to maintain clear, comfortable ears.

Before Use

• Make sure the silicone tip is securely attached before use

• Always follow the user manual during initial setup

Safe Usage

• Do not use excessive force or push too deep into the ear
• Avoid using metal tools or other objects alongside the device
• Children should only use EarXpert under adult supervision
• Not recommended for children under 6 years old

Handling & Storage

• Keep the device out of reach of children when not in use
• Do not bend or apply strong pressure to the ear pick
• Store in a clean, dry place after each use
